relevant I love I did it because I want to I love people's stories like you said stories can you can learn so much from them they can be really inspiring and mine is ordinary people telling extraordinary stories because everyone's got a story right

absolutely they do and it's just so important people start to share their stories and recognize the power of their own stories as well

It's so powerful when it's, I always even write, you'll notice in my books, in my chapters, it's always story-based.

Because I think people learn from, instead of teaching, do this A, B, C, D, the retention is quite low.

But when you link it to a story, there's certain things that I've heard that I'll never forget that because it's anchored into the story and it has emotions and feelings and You can connect with a person around it.

I sometimes feel a bit because the first chapter in the first book that we wrote was deep for me.

It was my transition from police officer to into how I got the sack and didn't get the vaccine and all that story.

but I like to make them humorous and I always like them to have learnings in it.

So, but I find I talk a lot through humor because I think people listen more and there's a bit of funny innuendos and things through the story.

So when you read my chapter in this book, you'll be like, compared to the other ladies is quite straight into it and really deep.
