Um, a massive, massive good morning to everyone who's been able to kind of join us today.
Um, I will say straight off the bat there is a trigger warning for conversations around domestic abuse.
So if you need to have your camera off, if you'd rather listen in the background, if you need to leave at any point, that's absolutely fine.
We're here to support everybody in any way that they wish to engage and wish to, uh, collaborate today.
The idea behind the- the Social Housing Roundtable is to create conversations from the communities that matter.
We are here to debate, discuss, have difficult conversations, have challenging conversations, try and actually implic- implement change wherever we possibly can.
So I'm hoping that as many of you as possible can get involved today, be that in the chat box or raising hands later on, to get involved in the debate and the discussion.
