And today we are going to be having a bit of a review of a really action-packed August in the National League North for Macclesfield FC, and one that actually ends with a top of the league, which I never expected.

So reviewing that good start to the season is myself, Alex Reid, and also Noah Wakefield.

Like you say, what a start to the season it's been and what a successful bank holiday as well.

We couldn't have asked for more, really.

Yeah, that Monday was absolutely perfect, I think, results-wise.

And yeah, I wasn't out of the game on Monday.

It's the first one I've missed.

But following it from afar, it looked like it was also the best performance of the season as well.

And our first comfortable win.

And I think the outlook from that is very good.
