And whether it be a thousand dollars for the week or fifteen thousand dollars a week, it doesn't matter.
They save their hard earned money and they want they're coming in to have a great experience.
And there's so many of these big property managers that they've completely exited the hospitality industry decades ago.
And the ones that are, in my opinion, the ones that are successful in the space are the ones that truly treat it as they're creating a space for these families to stay.

And it may even Joe be, you know, a small business operator that's out of town or he's doing work in the local area that's coming to stay.

I have a lot of people come and stay with me during the week who are out of town.

and they've come in to do some roadworks or they're a local plumber or something like that, they still need just as much nurturing as the family that's saved their money, you know, because they're trying to build a business.

And I feel like we need to look after everyone the same, but we need to do it in a professional manner.

And one of the reasons I came up with this is because I'd actually, I was living in the UK.
