I, I think anyone listening to this, you don't get to this thing by not working hard, um, or not working a lot.

And so I think everybody's like, "Sure, yeah." That's like the ticket to, um, entrepreneurship, the ticket into leadership is usually hard work.

So let's define something before we get into kind of the-Uh, uh, how do we help and notice and see things? What's your definition of soul?

Well, we al- we often ask folks, uh, whenever you hear the word soul, what do you first of all think of? And, um, a lot of folks think of, you know, when you die, there's this wispy thing that floats out of you, and that would be an inaccurate way of defining the soul.

It's your integrated self, taking your will, your spirit, your emotions, your mind.

Where are you in the battle that is this life and your business and all those things? And, uh, something that we have ill-defined purposefully is a soul score.
