This can go so many different paths, but I have a vision, I've got a structure planned, and we've got lots to cover.

It's what we allow our minds and bodies to experience every day and I want to get into what we consume every day without realizing it but also how it's affecting us and I don't really know everything how it's affecting us because we are all different individuals and it's all affecting us in a different way first of all but I want to talk a little bit about the conscious and subconscious minds because that has a big role in consuming Our conscious minds is what we are aware of.

Well, we only have one each, but it is our memories, our learned patterns, our mental processes that can influence us without being in our immediate consciousness.

conscious awareness so something can be affecting the way we feel or behave without us actively thinking oh this is affecting me right now we have to be able to separate the conscious and subconscious minds in our mind like it's crazy how things work but that distinction is very important for today's topic obviously we know what we are consuming to a certain extent Like I know I'm listening to music or I know I'm on my phone.

But in order to figure that out, we need to give ourselves a little more attention.

So I came up with five things that I think at least people my age consume every day, which are people, music, our environment, food, and our phones.

Obviously there is no order to this because I think our phones would be number one, but that's okay.

Now, based on this, The question I have for today is, how much are we consuming without realizing how much it's affecting us? And the question will be answered.

And I also feel like I have every right to talk about this because I am a victim of consumerism.
