Matthew and Nicholas answer some of the questions put through this week's Fan Q&A.

I'm just trying to think which one do we want to start with here? Let's start with one from Mitch Wind because we talked a little bit about this in the news.

If the Giants are willing to spend picks on a contracted Tim English, are you pulling the trigger on him?
Oh, geez, it's only on the, again, for my sake, everyone probably knows a bit of my thoughts on him too.
And sometimes, again, it's been a challenging year for him.
I won't deny that, okay? There's been multiple injuries, you know, three or four different setbacks for him, and that hasn't helped, okay? That's certainly not going to have helped.
And again, too, him coming back into the frame to play in the last couple of weeks is probably about two or three weeks ahead of schedule, to be fair to him.
And I can say, you know, that I haven't been happy at moments in time with his performance.
And sometimes, evidently, I will certainly crack it as well.
And then different particular use of words in terms of what he's brought to the table.
Is he an important player? Certainly.
Is he the most important player at the club? No.
Is he replaceable? Probably.
Can he be replaced in the question of can we get someone for him? Possibly.
Is that still a beneficial thing to do? I think it is, but then again, I'm only a fella on a podcast compared to list managers, to be fair to that sense.
Would I pull the trigger on a potential deal? If you can use those selections to pull something else off, then perhaps I would.
In that sense, as long as you can, of course, bring in something or bring in someone else to fill in that role.
But again, it's got to be...
I'll take a line out of what Michael Reagan said last year.
And I've been pretty much on the Marshall bandwagon too.
And maybe it is the right call.
Maybe it isn't the right call.
Who knows? I'm not saying this is what should be happening.
I'll take a line from Michael Reagan last year.
We will...
Again, it's not word for word.
