And two, Billy Searle has signed a new contract at Leicester.

Both massive sign-ins.

Billy Searle especially is being linked everywhere else because he only had a deal to the end of the year.

So obviously massive for Leicester that he's staying there for longer.

And obviously Tommy Freeman, one of the best wingers in the world.

The fact he stayed on at Northampton is huge for them.

Well, I was actually going to say that Freeman might be the more important sign-in, but I actually don't think he is.

I think both of them are equally as important to their respected sides.

Obviously, Freeman has his reputation now.

He's known globally and he's one of these players who is always in those conversations for best in his position.

the world but the impact I think that Billy so had on Leicester last season as you alluded to that obviously linked to lots of clubs up until very very recently so the fact that he is Now staying at Leicester is one, great for this season ahead, but two, makes their life a little bit easier in terms of planning going forward, right? So I think we'll see Orlando Bailey feature a lot at 12 again, like we did this season.

But Billy Sewell being in that 10 shirt, it worked very well last season.

So hopefully for them, it continues into the 26-27 season.

I think with Searle as well, I think with Freemans probably, while we were expecting it and we knew the calibre of player before, but last season, it's so well deserved because nobody expected him to come in and perform at that level and just be the starter every single week.

So for him to get that opportunity and then kind of grasp it with both hands and then get the opportunity now to continue there, I think it's great for them to have the stability because as you said, with Orlando Bailey then playing 12th, I think for this season, that's huge because if they'd had to rejig the back line again, it would have then potentially set them back.

So I think for Leicester, it's massive.

And I think for him, being at a huge club like that and after having such a good season as well, does it?

For sure.

Just looking at Tommy Freeman's stats, he's got 79 tries in 118 games for the Saints.

So not a bad return.
