GW3 review: Arsenal pass first test - Fulham red flags - Forest VAR controversy; Infantino; Forest’s goal problems solved?

There's only really one place to start, and that is at, I was about to say Highbury there, that is at the Emirates yesterday afternoon.

Arsenal v Chelsea, an absolutely rip-roaring, pulsating, certainly first half.

It died down a little in the second, as you might expect, but what a game.

It was two teams going at each other with the highest of quality.

Morgan Rodgers put Arsenal ahead, sorry, he could have put Arsenal ahead, It could have put Arsenal ahead had he actually signed for them like Arsenal wanted, but he went to Chelsea instead and he put Chelsea ahead very, very, very early on.

And Arsenal, though, hitting back to win 2-1.

We're going to come to their winning goal in just a moment.

But Ken, what did you make of it? Arsenal, really, that was their first test.

Did they pass it with flying colours? What are your thoughts?

Yeah, I did think so.

I thought they were exceptional.

It's just the kind of game that Arsenal needed, I think.

Interested to see their reaction when they won a goal down.

And they were really solid.

And, you know, you always fancy that Arsenal's come back into it and turn it around.

Definitely, though, the two best teams in the Premier League so far.

I mean, they're streets ahead of City, in my opinion, both of them teams at the moment in the way they're playing.

Of course, Chelsea have got some issues defensively.

Arsenal exposed them.

One of the things that really jumped out to me is how well Havertz is playing, how well Odegaard is playing.

I mean, I did at the start of the season wonder whether there'd be an issue in terms of the goal scoring capability of Arsenal.

But those two guys seem to have really hit the ground running.

I really like the look of Havertz.

Havertz looks like a real decent player.

Yeah, he spent a lot of time out injured last season and he's come back, I think, looking...
