That's why some of the biggest companies in the world, Uber, Airbnb, they're right in the heart of Silicon Valley.

So going to that event and being around a like-minded people who want to become better, who want to grow.

It was a reaffirmation to that point that Jim Rohn said, which is you're the average of five people to spend the most time with.

Okay, how can I create my own proximity now in my own life, right? And I realized at the time I was actually hanging out with all the people who were not performing.

And I started to realize, I'm like, man, what would happen if I just talk with top performers, right? If I hang out with four people who are great at golf, I'll become a fifth person.

And when you go to one of these events, as cheesy as it sounds, it's so curated from the energy, the lighting, the music, the flashing.

It seems a little in your face, but what are they doing? They're creating the environment for success.
