I mean, you know, again...

Those of us who've heard me go on about this in the past, I feel that there's such an opportunity for us right now to show the contribution that offshore renewables and offshore wind will have to the clean power targets.

And again, communicate the opportunity from a general, yeah, this is a really good industrial opportunity.

Danielle, you said a moment ago that it's a once-in-a-generation opportunity.

And I completely agree.

It's the next step.

I'll use my analogy.

I was a geologist.

I was in the oil and gas industry.

Everybody wanted to be in it because that was where the jobs were.

That was where the money was.

Offshore wind is where the jobs are, right? We need to just tell people what an amazing opportunity it is.

Danielle, I'd like to hear from you then.

What do you think we can do as an industry? What's the next thing that we should do to try and make this happen? Get that word out.

I

think, again, collaboration is key.

And we do go out as a collective.

So I talk on behalf of the sector.

So it's not just about what we offer here at the offshore renewable energy catapult and the jobs that we have here.

It's more around across the whole sector.

And what I've found is that when I go to talk to young people, you're starting with the impact that offshore wind is going to have on everyone's lives, not just people that are looking to get into these particular roles.

And that starts the conversation going.

But actually, if you think again, in 10 years time, the industry might look quite different again because of the new technology and innovation.

And we're quite lucky to be in that space.

And that gets young people really excited.
