Uh, in particular for the entire quarter earnings season is, is very elevated, and analysts and consensus, uh, kind of estimates have been creeping higher as we go into earnings.

Normally, we're cutting estimates going into earnings season as, you know, kind of over-optimism starts to meet up with reality.

In fact, we've had 72 companies r- already report or guide higher versus just 44 companies guiding lower.

That's a record, by the way, of the number of companies r- you know, kind of guiding higher on earnings, and we haven't gotten to earnings season yet.

Some markets are kind of really, you know, have that bar set pretty high going into next week.

By the end of the month, we'll have almost about 70, 70, 75% of most S&P 5 companies will report.

So we're gonna have a lot of, a lot of activity over the next two weeks to kind of focus on, and that's gonna certainly be moving markets.

Yesterday, you know, we, we saw a 10-year auction that came off, and we'll talk about this a little bit of, uh, a little bit with Michael Lebowitz, but yesterday we had the, uh, 10-year bond auction go off.

Today we've got a 30-year bond auction going off, so once we kinda get through that ...

Interest rates have been under pressure going into these auctions, as is usually the case.

They, they tend to move up yields and lower the prices of bonds so they can buy them a little bit cheaper, and that's not unusual.

If this auction goes off today, we should see some, uh, some recovery in interest rates by this afternoon once we clear that bond auction.

Assuming it goes off like it did yesterday, um, that could kinda help bring down interest rates later in the afternoon.

That should help kinda support, uh, bond mar- uh, sorry, stock market prices, which this morning are a little bit weak.
