Ironically, I live in New York city, so quite the trip away, but I closed on my first property in Oregon.

But I have a great operator with boots on the ground there and a great network in Salem.

But I've just been working over the past few weeks to get the house up and running, doing some repairs and all of that to be ready for licensing to come in.
