what i want to share actually is is a few things um i wanted to talk about some of the the habits that i have learned and inculcated over the years that have allowed me to spend time on the things that are important to spend time on and to actually get stuff out there and ship out stuff out there to the world ultimately which is going to help to move the needle forward in business i'll talk to you about some of those And what else? Another thing is some of the things that I'm working on with my leadership team.

I mentioned last week that my process for recruitment, we've had the interviews in the week just gone.

So we're hoping to make a decision probably at the end of this week and how we're going about doing that.

I talked about how we find the candidates last week, the profiling questions that we use.

if they're football and around the football pitch there is a running track and i'm walking around the running track i'm talking about the weather it's 36 degrees it's still very humid humidity just doesn't seem to be going we get one or two days where we feel it's gone and then it comes back with a vengeance but yeah i can't wait until it's gone because i'm walking around and i'm starting to sweat all already i've done one track 400 meters i've got another 20 minutes let's see how many more meters we can get done before the end of this podcast So we had the two rounds of interviews between Brendan and myself.

Sometimes I give the candidates his link to book in first and then they come to me.

So we need to make a decision whether we just go with it because good people are hard to find or we take one on now and then see how the landscape is over the next few months.
