And this month is all to do with going doing a deep dive into how to price compliance services profitably.

So I go deep into how do we package it up? How do we communicate the value? How do we price it and still make money from doing compliance? Which is highly scalable, mind you.

Advisory is great, but advisory is something which is not as scalable because it requires a certain skill set which most accountants don't have.

We know how to have those conversations with clients to find out about where their bottlenecks are, where they...

Most of the team that you would employ, the people you would employ don't have that skill set.

They're not that great at asking the questions that need to be asked when you are an advisor, when you're trying to do business advisory work in the true sense.

And that's why if you can It's much harder to scale a pure business advisory offering, but it's much easier to scale a compliance plus offering or a what I like to call financial advisory offering, which is the VFO service, virtual finance office, virtual finance director.

That is highly scalable because you can do it with your team and it doesn't require you to be involved.

So I don't have any client relationships because my team can handle all the work is all well within their skill set.

And therefore, and it pays very well because you are now managing the finance function for companies, which is much more cost effective than them doing it themselves.

We've become embedded into their financial operations rather than them having to employ people in-house that they don't know how to manage.
