You know, it's so interesting because I actually remember Dolly when I was growing up driving around my little town where I grew up in, in a VW van.

Remember those vans? And we would drive that van to soccer practice, and we would be listening to country music, Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton, and I'm 52.

So I remember Dolly of old, and she's just one of those people that you just – They're just always around.

So it's kind of a shock when somebody is as good hearted and somebody who has just been an inspiration to so many people and who has touched so many people in various ways, whether through music or through her philanthropic endeavors, all that.

And we're going to, we're going to talk this entire podcast is based on Adam Grant's interview, I believe in 2022, which I first heard in 2023.

And we're going to talk about the spirit and try to embrace that spirit as we honor her.

And I think unlike a lot of people, I didn't really know except her name, Dolly Parton.

She's... donated 300 million books through that fund yes i know it's a that's the kind of footprint she's left behind her legacy is tremendous what i was impressed by why i as a confidence coach really gravitated to this podcast she is very talented by i wonder if one of her biggest talents is just being comfortable in her own skin, being self-assured, knowing who she is and then going after it.

I want to hear your thoughts on this too, from either as a mindset or habits coach, or just to the people that you specifically talk to, because um i want to talk about what i look at at least three kind of themes that i saw in terms of why she was confident not maybe not why she's confident i and and i have i had this kind of debate with a friend of mine was she born confident or did she work at her confidence and really doesn't matter because i think she's the epitome of confidence and i think we can all learn from her example
