I am excited about this because I feel like, you know, I need this, I need a little bit of a reminder of empowering, uh, the importance of empowerment, uh, and, and what it, what it means to feel empowered to do things or make choices or you name it, empowerment's empowerment can help you out.

Uh, so what does that mean? So for me, uh, empowerment and positivity, I feel like are like, um, they go hand in hand.

I do feel like as I worked on becoming a more positive person and having a more consistent, positive outlook, I feel like I felt more in control of my life.

And that rather than kind of being tossed around by the world, I actually had control over things just in general, life in general, which then, you know, that is for me, that is the, that is empowerment.

Uh, but I do think it is that sense of like, I am in control of, I mean, it sounds corny, so please forgive me for saying I am in control of my destiny.

Um, But that's really what it is, is that this life of mine, for the most part, I have the ability to make choices and take action and see things in a certain way that makes me empowered.

I think with positivity came confidence and self-assuredness, came an openness to opportunity and learning.

whether that be, you know, learning about myself, learning about the world, just learning new things in general.

So in addition to being able to see opportunities, I felt like then it gave me the kick or the boost, the energy to be able to take them and or really to be able to also handle whatever kind of whatever did come at me that was outside of my control.

I feel like being positive and feeling empowered is then helped me to be able to deal with that.

I think maybe I just was aware of positivity first, but it just then becomes a really lovely, energizing, cyclical relationship between positivity and empowerment.
