Is AI really coming for jobs at scale, or is the real constraint on growth something else entirely? Recorded live at UNLEASH World in Paris, Josh sits down with Josh Bersin, founder and CEO of the…

So if the constraint on that growth is people rather than budget, what does a CIO or L&D leader do differently about it?
Well, the big idea that I think we're introducing to HR is this idea of talent density.
And talent management was a supply chain idea that when we need capacity, we hire more people.
So we keep churning them through and we develop them and promote them in succession.
And all of those disciplines that we talk about in HR are built around this pipeline talent management idea.
Now we're in a world where it's not going to be as easy to hire Maybe we don't want to hire so many people, but we want to grow capacity and intimacy with our customers and product velocity and things like that.
That means increasing skills, teaching leaders and managers and individuals how to manage and use agents, developing solutions more creatively, creating cross-functional workflows, breaking down silos, eliminating jobs that are routine, and moving people into higher value jobs.
You play that out, and what you realize is we're going to end up with higher value jobs, higher paid jobs, and super workers.

So what advantage does a platform like Pluralsight give leaders at this pivotal time?
Well, you guys are instrumental in this because all of these new initiatives and designs and roles and skills and tools that we're using around this AI infrastructure requires education and training and quite a bit of in-depth skills.
And so platforms like Pluralsight are really essential to enabling people to move to this new AI-fueled talent density business model that we're going to be in.
So the old model of taking courses and clicking through course catalogs is kind of a little bit dated.
But as you move into more the AI delivery model of your education and your training, the consumption is going to be massive.
