And you bring up a really great point, and I appreciate that because it is like, you know, the category of human performance, or as we like to think about it now, like human performance intelligence, it is this intersection of, of mindset, of nutrition-
And it is all around ensuring that, you know, your brain and your body have the capacity to perform in the moment when it matters most, but to also be recovered enough in that moment to tap into the capacity.

It's in the world of corporate, uh, you know, global corporations, so, um, really understanding and, uh, acknowledging and optimizing the human body.
So, um, I think that in itself is, is such an exciting period that we are all in, and we're very lucky, uh, because we can think about how we can perform for longer, not just live for longer.
So, um, so that's just been, you know, a passion of mine clearly, and, uh, you know, exciting to see it happen in these different environments.
But, you know, as we were going along, it's not like we were, we knew exactly where we were going, or I didn't know ex- exactly what I was go- what I was doing, you know-

And, um, you know, that's, that's how, you know, we went and I went from, you know, being in the, the locker room of the NFL to being, uh, in the opportunity to work with SOCOM to, you know, being with a, a, you know, a, a Google and, you know, helping them shape the future of human performance for Googlers.
Yeah, and I love the diversity of the, the environments of which, you know, you've worked with people in, and, and you mentioned military as well.
I'm, I'm just very curious and fascinated, right? Some of the, the fittest people [chuckles] in the world when you talk about Special Forces operators.
