Tell our listeners what you intend for them to gain from that podcast.
And why now? Why this season?
Yeah, that's a great question, too, because I think so many times there are things that we all want to do and maybe just need a little push.
But it's really about what is standing in your way? You know, what does that look like? And A lot of it, it's in our heads a lot of times.
For me right now, I feel like I have experienced a lot of different things, especially when it comes to sports and my personal life as well, where I feel ready and capable to hold different conversations and to ask better questions and to really be able to impact in a different way than I ever have before because of those experiences.
Where did you learn that? How did you, how did you pick up? Because I believe that's a skill, right? And your ability to jump into something where, you know, maybe there's some fear, maybe there's some uncertainty around that, but you know, your ability to kind of pivot in those moments, where did you learn that?
Really just relying on a support system.
Like you're going to experience that fear and you're going to experience that unknown, but as long as you're willing to make the leap and just knowing that if you don't like it, you can pivot again.
Like at the end of the day, you know, it's trying to figure out what makes you happy and what are the things that lead you to where you want to be.
And, you know, something that you thought 10 years ago was exactly where you wanted to be may change in 5, 10 years.
And so just knowing that, you know, nothing is really certain or known and just embracing that aspect of it.
Yeah, I love that.
