Today, Scott and I are going to be talking about how you can maintain your investments, how you can maintain your plan, how you can stay in the market despite the fact that there could be some sort of negative or call it spooky headlines out there regarding us moving into the fall and how October has historically been kind of a spooky month for people in the equity markets.

And to just give our listeners a little sample of some of the things that we're talking about, I just very quickly looked at things like CNBC, Wall Street Journal, YouTube, and I saw things like credit card delinquencies surging.

I saw inflation continues to pinch five years after it really roared back in 2021.

I saw people stressing about the bond market and how the debt is getting to an unsustainable level, especially given the where interest rates are.

I think we're about 5.25 on the 30-year, which is the highest it's been in about 25 years, I believe.
