So, you know, swimmers might have a different little, you know, they don't chalk and stuff.

And I think it's just setting, yeah, setting what makes you calm, you know, coming up with your familiar self-talk.

Humming is the other one for me and something that it comes out of some research.

So, again, it's just a signal to like your fear centre and your central nervous system that you're okay.

So I had always stuck in my head Forever Young because it was the London Olympics.

No one else needs to know you're humming, but just the vibration and that humming can also calm.

So again, I say to athletes, don't go and try this like for the first time in a big game or in a competition, but try it in training.

Like if you're learning something new or you're doing a simulation event and you've got that pressure or, you know, netballers, if you're a shooter and, you know, everyone's looking at you and you're like, oh.
