have a minute take a minute what are you trying to tell me but you don't have the words for yet yeah and that's that's a lot of it with young kids and even young athletes it's like they you know and when you care and you're passionate about something and it doesn't go your way or even when it does and you feel the joy like you know you get happy tears you get sad tears the the mind can't differentiate between fear and excitement like it's So you've just got to treat all of these different things as emotion, sorry, as information and go, all right, what's my brain telling me right now and what can I do with that? Yeah.

Sami PalmerGUEST
So I think that's one of the things I love to delve into with kids too is that's all right.

Sami PalmerGUEST
What does this mean? And I think as a parent, the best thing that we can do is just, and even as a teacher and as a coach and in my different jobs, ask questions.
