Uh, no one sent me any anniversary cards or anything like that, so it went kinda under the radar.
I'm feeling really well, and at 10 years in, I'm okay, and mostly because of exercise, obviously the drugs, and, uh, p- uh, physical therapy, which I talked about last week.
And if you haven't listened to the podcast l- from last week, you should do so.
It's really important to maybe touch base with the physical therapist at least once a year.
