What I want to talk about today, a video, and this kind of goes hand in hand with the video we just released that seemed to really resonate with a lot of people, is the power of your awareness being on one thing and one thing only.

When you're learning, A very simple way to explain this is that you go through four stages of learning.

Did anybody see this video on our Instagram? You go through four stages of learning.

The first stage is unconscious, And it means that you are not even aware yet that you're not good at the thing.

It means that you are very acutely aware that you're just not good at something.

So let's say you struggle with ruts or you struggle, tomorrow's jump day, so this will be really relevant.

And it means that you're good at the thing, but it requires all of your attention to be good at it.

And if you think about something else for even a second, you're not good at the thing anymore.

It means that how many of you have done something, whether it be driving a car or riding a bicycle really slowly? I mean, just things that you're walking.

There's things that you do in your life that you don't have to think about at all and you're really good at them because they're completely automatic.

Everybody under this tent right now is stuck in between stage two and stage three.

If you recognize so far this week that you have to fix... your inside elbow in the corners.

You have to fix trying to leave your feet on the pegs more frequently in the turns.

You can't go out in the track and create a checklist for yourself and be like, okay, I'm going to do this, this, this, this, this, and this.

Because you'll end up doing none of them, you'll get frustrated, you'll get confused, and you'll be even way worse than you were before.

When you focus on one of them, what would you guess happens to all of the other things that you also need to fix? Anybody guess? They all absolutely go out the window because you can't focus on them.

And what I encourage you guys to do is just be patient with yourselves and be really aware of where you're placing your focus and just putting it on one thing.

For me, running the Moto Academy and growing this business, it takes a lot of discipline to do it with that because I can look at this business as a whole and I can see 20 things that need to be improved.

However, even when you have 10 people or 20 or 30 people working together, employees working together at a task, The same applies for a group of people.

But when it comes to the execution, and trying to do the thing, pick one thing, one thing at a time.

And hopefully that's what our coaches are doing a good job of and that's basically what our assistant coaches are here for you this week to do is to listen to you, to listen to the feedback from the head coaches and to try and help you figure out what is the one thing that I need to focus on next.

It just means that your attention is being spread everywhere and therefore it's kind of nowhere.

Does that make sense? So I would love to open it up for questions for you guys right away, because at least in Fraden, there was a lot of them.
