yeah so true so talk to me what are things that you've looked at to build the perfect sunglasses especially the first two that you looked at yeah you created what went into it to build that dream product

So if you looked at the first pair that I designed to the pairs that we have now, every single run that we produce, there's little tweaks.

If I thought that they needed to be extended around the face by 0.5, I would do the next run a little bit wider or make the temples the longer or make the wrap around the ear a little bit tighter.

across all of your sunnies um so like a recent change we've made recently is we wanted the arm the temple to be longer um and have a bit of a wrap around the ear so that it feels more stable on the face so added 0.5 to the one of the styles and then every run we do from now on will be changed again

yeah so smart so I think there's a good lesson in that is start small doesn't have to be perfect doesn't have

to be perfect I think it's like 70 or 80 percent right and then just go for it because if you're waiting for perfection you're never going to release anything

so true and you mentioned suppliers so how like what do you look for when it comes to that and how I mean if anyone's out there looking to start their own product and they're a bit overwhelmed I know you mentioned a little bit about communication yeah what are things that

So especially when you're a small business, you can find that factories will only allow for maybe like thousand piece runs.
