So is this a real thing that I can actually do that can actually happen? That scared me.

Am I capable? You know, like, do I have the skill? Do I have the ability to hold my own? And how am I going to do this, which is what I really have needed limb for, like how would I even do this?

I was actually having a conversation in my inbox yesterday and then even this morning with a therapist who has so much hope.

She wants to charge maybe like 225 per session, like get off insurance panels.

And she said like the two parts of her that are battling are the hope, like I would love that, the possibility of like she could feel into that.

But then instead of saying the fear that it won't work, what she put on the other side of hope was reality.

What you wanted or what was in your mind or your vision, no one was doing it.

How do you think about the idea of like going towards something that at least around you, it's not actually, the evidence is not in reality, right?

So I was really kind of on my own a lot and grew up in a lot of poverty and, you know, mental illness, a lot of struggle.

So to get out of that required a lot of vision and a lot, you know, again, kind of seeing that there's other things that are possible and striving towards that.

I think that I'm kind of a, I'm fine doing things by myself because I was by myself so much growing
