Okay, so in your terms, what does community safety and well-being mean? That's a tough one because it's quite

So it's a lot about what, like, you know, we think about communities, we think about, we hear about it a lot too, when things are going wrong, when things are, you know, but those are, there's multiple things that go into why we're in this situation.

So, you know, and I've been, it's, I've spent a lot of time thinking about this.

Some things are very simple, like we can talk about community safety, well being as well, what like a wide breadth of things.

So something is something is litter as a community member, we choose not to litter, or we pick up garbage, or we take care of the space around us.

And then as a city, we have, you know, our municipality looks at waste collection, public space, infrastructure, community organizations, you know, and businesses all have roles too.

And the city's role really is to, you know, lead when we can, when we do have those services, but also to convene, to pull people together, to have those conversations, to work with our partners and our community members to understand what is happening in our community and how we can work together.

goes back to, you know, it's not necessarily bringing it down to pieces, but it's really looking at the collective action, right? Something as simple as picking up litter has an impact on the space around you.

And then, you know, when you're pulling into larger complex, you know... and stuff, then it's multifaceted.

So it's quite complex, but it definitely is really, honestly, when it comes down to it, it's about... prevention response working together yeah and collective action
