And really the algorithm now is telling us all we need to do is be a bit more like our nan.

But putting the irony of the trend aside, what's really funny is that there is an element of truth in this.

And there is evidence to say that Italian grandmas actually do live a little bit longer than us.

Because I think it's actually more than just having a little bit more olive oil in your diet, you know?
