I've been successful in my career and I've reached this pinnacle of my career only to ask, is this all? Is this all there is? And I know you had that realization.
So I guess I'm curious, what would you say to somebody who's having that realization?
From my personal experience, I didn't get the answer every time I asked, is this all? It's a process of self-discovery.
And what really anchored me throughout my journey was reconnecting with my values.
Growing up in poverty, then having a marketing career at a very young age, my values were back then about everything.
And I was wondering how can I give back considering that I got my scholarship and people opened doors for me.
And that's why when I took the sabbatical, I I was volunteering across four continents.
I saw the opportunity for me to give back was helping other leaders who are going through the same process as me.
As I mentioned earlier, I saw leaders who burn out, who are lonely or feeling unfulfilled.
And they are in their inflection point, whether it's reinventing themselves or taking a bigger role or pivoting their career.
