The usage that you had, um, this past week and, and kind of with feeling with the weight to really get a chance to, to show off the unique skill set in a, in a positive way.
I came here to help us win and, uh, yeah, getting that opportunity to get out there and make a play for the team, for the team and, you know, contribute a little bit more than I have in the past few games was really exciting and fun for me.
How much of that stuff did you already have installed or how much more did you prep more of it with Cam out and you doing some of that wildcat stuff? Does it, did it become more of an emphasis and also you were dealing with some physical stuff, so.
Yeah, you know, it's just been kind of as the year had gone on, um, I could feel my role starting to grow and I finally got the chance to show it, so.
Can you kind of walk through your progression as a football player? Um, you know, obviously not just the journey to get here, but just the development of going from a quarterback to a running back to some sort of hybrid that we don't really know.
What, what, what would you call that position that you play right now?
I mean, I was a wing T quarterback in high school, so, you know, I wasn't a traditional drop back, you know, read a defense, throw the ball kind of quarterback.
And then transitioned to Ferris, had to learn really how to play a true quarterback.
But, you know, made the transition to more of that hybrid H-back, running back.
So I've just been adaptable my whole career and, you know, whatever I can do to help the team, that's what I want to do.
How much did Trinidad's story maybe help, not I want to say influence your decision, but maybe inform your decision that, that it can be a success at this level when you make the move that you do?
Maybe a little bit, but I mean, at the end of the day, I wanted to bet on myself.
