So let's, let's talk a little bit about GIV Industries and, and what it's all about.

... tell us a little bit about where you come from and, and the story behind GIV.
... um, uh, that, that I enjoy the version of it, which is basically that, um, the reason I'm running GIV Industries, which is an electrical contracting company, is, um, all because I went on a really nice date.
... um, about 10 years ago, I was on the apps, I was on Tinder, um, and I ended up, um, swiping right on a really handsome electrician.

I was doing that kind of work at the time I met my partner, Calvin, um, who is one of the other co-founders of GIV Industries.
Um, and on our very first date, um, he was, uh, talking to me about philosophical ideas about what do we owe other people, and what's our place in the world, and how do we use, um, our kind of privilege and opportunity for good.
Um, I found that really inspiring, um, and, uh, kind of signed up for a lot of those ideas, and over a couple of years, um, that led us to deciding to start GIV Industries together.
Um, so we, we have a team of electricians and apprentices, and we do good work for good clients.
