And I didn't listen to anything they told me because I was so busy waiting for them to stop talking so I could throw something at them.
Metaphorically, we were writing things on a forum site, but it really didn't offer me an opportunity to really understand how other people.
We're touching people with intent, with therapeutic intent, but we are touching people.
And it took me so long to sort of stop being angry and go back to that forum and actually read what they wrote.
And, you know, if I can create one convert to say, gosh, maybe it's everything isn't exactly how I was taught.

There was two, two things that I just jumped out at me that I, I really love.

And then, uh, Going, I just love to just practical real human rawness of being pissed off in a Facebook chat.

Thinking about what you're going to say before you even know what they're saying.

And then being humble enough to go back and read it and then gathering a whole new outlook.
