And that's hearing from the Army National Guard, seeing what sustainment is like on the Guard side of the force and kind of getting into what's it like to wear two hats.

You know, and I don't mean just two hats being a civilian and being in the uniform.

I mean also two hats because sometimes you're gonna have two different positions while you're in the guard, which kind of makes it three.

Your civilian job you could have, and then two hats.

a lot of things you're going to have to balance.

So meeting with me today, I have Colonel Brandon Tackett, who is the 28th DSB Commander and G4 of the Ohio National Guard.
