So for those that don't know you, can you tell us a little bit about yourself, whatever wants to come out, whatever you want to share, that people get a flavor of what you do and who you are?

Yeah, I feel so honoured to be invited to speak and connect and create in this space today.

And I kind of, I tend to use my Serena Mantle as a way of my artistic practice, my creative practice, which is a visual artist.

And for many years, I've always sung songs and song write as well alongside art.

I've really enjoyed combining music and sound and also creating my own visual and sound art studio named Wild Sugar.

It's been probably about maybe 18 years of just freelancing and self-employment and creative living.

And so, yeah, it's been pretty much been a really powerful journey in terms of spiritually as well, because I think as a visual artist, I always wanted my, the world that I was creating to hold space for me.

So be like a kind of wellbeing space for, that I offered, but also nurtured me.
