In this video, I explain why reverse dieting is the most important part of anybody's journey, and it's actually even more important than losing the weight itself (given how many people gain the weight…

And like the problem is, guys, is that these like 12-week training programs and these like sexy kind of eight-week belly blaster plans, they're all absolute BS because like if they don't actually show you how to go through a proper reverse diet, you're better off not even bothering following those plans.

Like, there's no point in doing them if you don't have the right instruction afterwards to be able to keep the weight off properly, okay? Like the biggest mistake that I see most men make, they hit their goal, they get lean for a holiday, they go and do a photo shoot or whatever, the men that do go through and, and get to this level, right? And then there's like no plan afterwards.

And then like eight to 12 weeks later, or even less than that sometimes, like they- they're back to where they started again, right? The diet ends, the lifestyle never should.

I've seen like clients, ex-clients like as frustrating as it is I've unfortunately witnessed this happening as much as I try to stop it where, you know, someone comes on board with FitLab, they get in shape, and they don't understand the point afterwards is where they need to stay.

They're like, "Oh, well, I've gotten in shape now I don't need to pay for a coach anymore." And our argument every single time is I get it, but that's not the end of this journey.

And if you don't wanna make this last 12, 16, 20 weeks pointless you need us right now more than ever to get you through this next process.

It's so important that you have the guidance there, otherwise it's just a jump start every time.

Lose weight, gain it back, lose weight, gain it back, and like this cycle never truly ends and you never actually get to the fun bit which is like the best bit ever.

We've had so many men that we've done that through where they- they've gone through the process, they've got lean, and then they've gone through the right reverse diet afterwards and they get to this position of genuine autonomy with their physique of control where you can literally have your cake and eat it.

I'll sh- a recent example here guys, I'll put one on the screen now of my client Tom.

We've done this with so many guys, but Tom's probably a more recent one that has come to mind of a guy that I've worked with probably now for like the last sort of 12 months.

Like he's not carrying loads of fat, but just not really like got the, the type of physique he wanted, not aesthetic.

And now this is where Tom is sat right now, okay? So he's still got abs, but Tom's now hitting 3,000 calories a day of actually pushing his food even more now.
