People kind of give oats a bit of a stick sometimes, which I just don't understand why you would do that.

of the day if you're consuming proper whole oats they are a whole food these are like super processed in any way whatsoever yes they've got a little bit more fiber in there a little bit harder on the stomach sometimes but these are not bad at all now the reason why i like overnight oats is that when you put these in the fridge before and i'm not gonna again go for a full recipe here guys there's plenty of recipes you can find.

They last a little bit longer rather than just having like regular hot oats in the morning, which again is absolutely fine.

I do favor the overnight oats when it comes to a diet of actually keeping more full.

It's such an easy meal to make for busy people that just want a meal that they can just grab out the fridge in the morning.

You cannot beat overnight oats, okay? You put a scoop of your favorite protein powder in there.

70 to 100 grams of oats maybe depending on where you're at with your diet maybe even a little bit less it could be around 50 grams of oats potentially sometimes berries bit of peanut butter bit of yogurt so you're going to put like greek yogurt in there as well again even more protein this is going to give you like 40 to 50 grams of potentially of protein in the morning which is a great amount to start the day with the carbs are going to be slow releasing they've got more fiber in them so they're going to fill you up a little bit more and it's just a really good meal that i recommend to a lot of busy guys when it comes to an easy simple high protein breakfast that's going to keep you full you do not need to avoid carbohydrates absolutely not necessary to get lean so the oats are absolutely fine they are going to take a bit longer to go down so if you are someone that's you know training in the morning i wouldn't really have that as like a pre-workout and go and train like an hour later i would actually train fasted or i would have like a bit of fruit in the morning and then i would actually have the overnight which is a post-workout meal which is going to nicely kind of keep me going to lunchtime so that's Meal number one, very, very simple.

As I say, I'm not gonna go through the entire recipe, but it's not a difficult meal for you to be able to make.
