He's a palliative care doctor, literally giving people their end of life sentence, right? Saying, okay, you've got six weeks to live, six months to live, a year to live, whatever.
But here's what's interesting and what I'm going to tie in to what really hit me coming out of your message.
What happens, he says, is so profound because all of a sudden they leave this self protective shell that he's saying we all tend to live in.
And all of a sudden, they're looking at, okay, what's possible? And that shift, he says, is dramatic.
And what he's trying to do, of course, with his book is say, how about if we try to hit that shift before we get the end of the life diagnosis? Okay, that's my preface, because that's what I feel I sense in you.
in you as a person and what you're trying to draw people into is kind of looking at life through the possibilities and the opportunities and not this self protective aspect.
And that is, that's what I feel like emanated from you that you are living that life of going, no, I'm not going to, I mean, it, it, it calls to you to be protective, but you're, I'm not going to, I'm not going to answer to that one.
But to your point, I guess the near-death experience for me was getting fired, right? Because that's really where...

That was the moment for me that... changed everything the way that I saw stepping into fear.

Like I had done all these things that no one thought I ever could have made it to the C-suite as a female.
