What does that mean? That means instead of only being able to be downloaded via the Chinese App Store, they have gone global.

They are now accessible from everyone all around the world.

Now, what exactly does this mean? Well, it's actually quite interesting.

A lot of people have said, "Well, finally, YouTube has some competition." Well, I don't know about [laughs] that, but it definitely could be a step in the right direction.
