**Do you have the spirit of a protector, but find yourself focused only on physical defense?** In this episode, John takes the narrow concept of security and expands it outwardly to reveal the hidden…
All right, guys, so today I want to talk about five different areas as protectors that we need to really have our attention on.
And the very first one isn't going to be a surprise to anyone, and that's the physical protection.
Now, the first category shouldn't surprise any of you, and many of you are already tracking it, but allow me to really quickly run through this.
some of the aspects of this one to see if you're missing anything here so we can all be very good in this one category that first category is physical protection for home defense you want to make sure that you got good locks on doors you got door braces like what we sell on our website make sure you get these door braces on all of your doors so that you can quickly slide it in and out.
You got signage that shows that you have an alarm system and you got video cameras and all that stuff.
We have really tackled in other YouTube videos, holistic home defense plans and things like that.
And so I don't want to weigh in that too much because this is a very, very quick 30,000-foot flyover because I really want to get to the new categories, those other four things that you may not be thinking of.
But to kind of close the loop on the physical security of like, all right, you got home defense.
Now, when you're out and about, let's make sure that we are carrying firearms, that we got good martial arts.
And so being able to get them on the range some as well and teach situational awareness and and understand a little bit about criminal psychology and how they pick targets and where they're going to pick you.
You're on your phone in a parking lot in your car and someone, easy target there.
For instance, your mother and I are never going to send somebody to get you because we're hurt.
That's not something that happened because a predator would... could easily come up and like, terrible news, your mother and father are in the hospital and they sent me to come and get you.
I'm like, nope, we're not sending strangers out of police uniforms to be able to come do that for you.
So when somebody comes up of like, no, I don't want to get ice cream out of your tinted window van in the parking lot of like, kids should have some trepidation when it comes to strangers that you do not know.
