Does that really stress you out as well? Because I was in one of those situations again yesterday where I was really short on time and I had to get sessions done in, say, an hour or 45 minutes or whatever.

And it's very, very time-restricted.

What goes through your head if you've got a restriction? I get so stressed.

I had this, I think...

It was yesterday as well.

And I actually had like three hours in which to do a two hour session.

But yeah, even that, like I felt a hangover for me, but I actually, I had an even worse day before.

I booked myself like a single person gym.

There's one right around the corner from my flat.

And I had a time crunch and I was really, really tired.

And that was the best thing I could do.

But the problem with that is that you've booked yourself and it's expensive.

This slot for like an hour or 90 minutes.

And you literally have to get out.

Like there is such a hard deadline.

And I knew that it was going to be like to the wire for doing this session.

And it just made me so anxious that I couldn't do anything.

Yeah.

So you just didn't do the session?

I did a few things and I got so anxious and overwhelmed I had to leave.

And it's like, at that point, you might as well just have not spent the money in the first place to go there.

I should have realized that I, in even thinking about spending that much to go to a gym around the corner, possibly I was just too tired to train full stop and I was trying to force something that I just should have rested.

But I guess that's another thing that like I've been learning so much over the summer as well.
