So the first thing that we want to recognize is why does this happen? Well, number one, people don't work with you because they don't know you exist.

But if they do know you exist and the reason they don't work with you is either they don't see any value in doing so or they don't trust you.

You're going to build trust by getting people to stay on your content as long as humanly possible.

But if it's not online, we have to use longer form content because longer form content actually helps people and it gets them to spend more time with you.

How on earth do people find you on YouTube? Especially when you're starting a channel that doesn't have a large following, because to be honest, if you're competing against bigger, more established channels and you start creating content to compete with them or try to be seen in the same space, it's going to be tricky.

So the way that we have to look at this, and this is what we do with our clients instead of our YouTube authority engine, is the first step we do is we extract their perspectives, their genius, what they want to be known for, what they want to be found for.
