So as a starting point, let's just remember that healthcare is a trust first purchase.

Like people are entrusting you potentially with the most important thing in their life, which is their own body, their health.

And that's why we know that most health practices grow by word of mouth and referrals because other doctors or patients refer people they know into your practice and we borrow that trust.

But unfortunately, you're not gonna grow your practice typically beyond about 1.5 million per year on word of mouth alone.

So if you want to be able to build an ecosystem that builds more trust, that people see you as the person, the practitioner, they're more likely to choose even before they ever reach out to you, then this is important to understand because if you don't get this, and here's the problem right now, if you don't really get this dialed in, I'm gonna just show you on the iPad here.

And by the way, if you want to think of how do we build trust the fastest way, it's understanding that time on brand is one of those very, very important variables.

So if people don't spend energy any time with you, okay, so value is on the x-axis, time on burn is on the y.

If you provide like a tremendous amount of value and you're like, oh my god, I'm so smart, I'm so experienced, but why don't people know I exist? Then you end up feeling like the best kept secret.

Okay, well, what if people don't really know you? They don't spend any time with you and you don't really provide any value.

Well, then you're basically invisible, right? And that's arguably just as bad as being the best kept secret.

So what if we get people to spend time with you, but there's not a lot of value being added into their life? And this is where like Instagram lives.
