i have become quite famous for my morning routine i hit the gym very early every morning between five and six and the reason i do so is because i know that i am inherently lazy which we all are the way i figured it out was that if i did it every morning i never had to ask myself the question do i feel like going to the gym today because that answer will be no many times especially early in the morning And why I do it early is because there are a few conflicting other interests.
How early are we talking?
Yeah.
So a little short introduction about yourself.
You are a golf professional, have been so for many years, played some decent golf back in the day.
I know that you had a course record at Landskrona Golf Club.
You played internationally.
You have written books.
You have invented the WIS system, a training aid.
What is it that drives you to do all these things in golf? Yeah.
I have students that ask me, how can you have this drive still after so many years in the game? And I think the drive is just getting more and more because it's endless and fascinating.
And you're the author of a book, The Gopher's Sixth Sense.
What is it about?
Well, the reason I wrote The Golf for Sixth Sense is because I saw a discrepancy between mental training and the technical aspects of the golf game, a complete compartmentalized separation.
And I didn't like that because whatever you do working on technically and how you do it, you bring your mind into it.
mental aspect of the game always is there and how you need to practice smart to improve yourself both ways and both the technical and the mental parts.
