Hey, Julio, it's great to have you here on the Global Leadership Network podcast.

And it sounds like from what you told me, it was a good experience for you, but thoroughly enjoyed you sharing your story and the things that you're doing with Ambrizio.

Hey, well, you said it was a challenging thing for you, but you've done a lot of challenging things in your life.

And you've kind of worked in almost every level of restaurant, in the restaurant business.

And so let me just ask you, you started at the, I don't know if you like to call it the bottom, but we'll just say you started at the bottom of the organizational chart.

And how did that teach you? What did that do to help you be the leader that you've become today?

You know, I have this great conviction that take chances, every opportunity, every time somebody says, hey, yeah.

I wanted to learn, you know, and develop gifts and talents from all of those challenges.

So I think starting from the bottom, it's been a great way to develop me as a human, develop my trade, my experience.
