Well, for anyone out there that is considering leaving the corporate world and jumping into owning a business, maybe it's franchise ownership.
Why do you want to do it? Because I found some friends and colleagues, they're in transition.
But the minute they get a search firm call them for another W2 job, they're like, no, I don't want to do that now.
And so why do you want to do it? What are you looking for that you don't have today? And once you're really honest with yourself, is it just revenue replacement? Is it because you want to work in a different way, in a different industry? You want flexibility? You want more time with your family? You want a less stressful life? What is it? What are you looking for? And then at that point, kind of back into that, because I've noticed, you know, a lot of people are considering, as you mentioned, you know, starting their own business.
But when you ask why, sometimes you stump them because they haven't thought about it.
have to be you as you know, you have to work as hard at it as you would in your W2 role, if not harder.
