yeah just before we get we get into those challenges i think there's something i want to explore right and that is both of you from the outset have got really high levels of drive and resilience right and i know that because you both played rugby at a very high level right scotland under 19 under 18s it wasn't under 21s right being a self-employed had the grind of starting your own business and you mentioned i remember it well when you got made redundant and you went to birmingham and let's be really frank, back then, Birmingham would have been the least of your pick of all the cities in the UK at the time, right? Because it was before it became kind of cool.

But you as well found a way to sort of battle through Do any of you guys have just been born with that natural drive and competitiveness, or where do you think that comes from? Because it's important to understand that before we go into the story, because that drive and resilience, you see a 15-year business plan, that's obviously made you not quit along the way.

You stop crying after your games by the time you're about nine or else you look really silly.

There's no time for messing around and there's no one getting hurt with each other's feelings.

And then straight after the game, you're kind of, back to the normal world and it can translate into business but i think that competitive edge has been there um but where i always find success danny you'll know this yourself i'm not exactly the best athlete in the world so every every success i had in in rugby was because i just tried harder than everyone else and and found a way to get into a team and i i i think i must have intuitively learned early that um If you can grind things out and keep being persistent, you can find a path.

And for me, it's interesting you pick up on that link because I've always seen that as well, Danny.

You know, playing in a sport with close-knit friends and even, you know, Andy's mentioned previously that his dad was the coach.
