It's really kind of mind blowing when you think about it is that women get pregnant, give birth, hope for the best.

And they suffer the consequences for the next three, four decades of their lives.

So the consequences of the challenges that we just described and the lack of care, 30 to 40 years.

And I know like we have a lot of older listeners that are having their children later in life because data tells us that's what's happening.

Essentially, we're shortening the window you have before you start to suffer the known declines of aging and perimenopause, menopause, and the experience that you're going to have as you're hormonally changing because our bodies naturally change, right? And so if we shorten that window, it makes everything that we just talked about even more important because if you don't build that function back, the next 30 to 40 years of your life are going to look entirely different.

And yeah, maybe when you're in your 20s and you go out, you know, for one night of partying in your 20s, you're going to recover a lot faster than you do that when you're 40s, right?

So when you're thinking about something that is this altering to your body, if you don't do the work.

I don't want to just talk about exercise when you're in perimenopause and menopause.

I want to catch you when you have kids, especially if you're having kids later in life, because it's going to set the trajectory for everything that you do upcoming.
