And obviously the overstimulation and the noise and all that makes it very, very common.

But just that understanding that there is only so much that a human body and a human brain can take.

And I think, you know, what you're experiencing, Anna, is so shared by all of us and also are the reaction, the guilt and the shame, because that's exactly where I've gone after my own episodes that sound like yours and Jasmine, I'm sure you can relate as well.

Would you say that rage and anger are just words that you can use interchangeably? Like how would you describe the two or would you say that they're completely different?
You know, anger is a really healthy, necessary emotion that alerts us to the fact that maybe a boundary has been crossed.
Like think of all of the initiatives and the charities and the amazing things going on in our world that have come out of that place as someone sitting there and going, you know what, this is not okay.
But I think rage is what happens when we haven't tuned in to what, we haven't listened to that anger.
You know, when I think about that moment where I exploded and I've had other moments like that, and I probably always will have little moments like that.
