So there's some emerging research, um, that s- specific wavelengths can influence an increased BDNF expression.

And so BDNF is kind of like, um, let's call it like the yeast to the bread, right?

It helps, uh, helps those mitochondria, um, be more successful, I guess you could say.

Um, and so when we have a better BDNF expression in those cells, we can have, um, increased cerebral blood flow and decreased oxidative stress, and then we create a more favorable environment for synaptic, um, connections.

We're also doing functional tasks at the same time to stimulate the correct pathways, then we're giving those cells the, you know, a supercharged amount of energy.

We're giving it that BDNF fertilizer, and we're creating this perfect environment for synaptic growth and development.
